Macro Manage is fully aware of the issues and risks this brings to the Small Business.  This is why we have created the Virtual IT Team for you.  You will always have an engineer available to you, to help implement or modify systems you run. 

We can help with your working day on your PC, giving telephone, and if required, remote control assistance in using applications, problems with making an office application do what you want etc.

Some of the typical tasks we will run for you include

• Configure and verify backup routines
• Add new systems to the network (PC's, laptops etc)
• Install the latest mobile phones and ensure they receive your business information (email, calendars etc)
