Utilising secure techology, we implement a service which proactively monitors and notes the systems operation in your business. Not only monitoring hardware, but also the software systems that are running and vital for business operation.

Within 5 minutes our support team will know that there is an issue, and whether this issue is hardware or software specific. We will also know what level of impact this will have on your business. If necessary, we can also update and notify a contact within your business.
If the issue is hardware related, we will often be onsite within a few hours to resolve and fix the problem.
If the issue is software related, 9/10 times we will be able to fix the issue remotely. We will, out of courtesy, notify you what has occurred, and any specific reasons why.
